Given the cold weather, it didn't seem right to keep carrying Anna around in just her socks, so we bought the kiddo her first pair of New Balance sneakers. Turns out they're as much toy as they are functional accessory in her world.

These are by far the cutest sneakers I've seen. And I agree, baby shoes have a dual purpose. Practical, yet so entertaining. Hey, by the way, I'm glad you got over that stomach thing quickly. I hope you didn't catch it here!

"Sneaks for Cheaks" sounds like some Salvation Army charity drive. I love it! Way to exploit a marketing technique (used mostly by liberals). Naturally, I think your kid is so stinkin' cute -with or without the sneaks!
