Let me assure you that we haven't actually assigned her chores yet... this cleaning session was completely unprompted. (Must just be in the blood!) The best part is that she was singing tunes from "Annie" as she went along... add the fact that she's wearing her favorite velvet "cow dress" with socks and this shot is one in a million.

Easter

We had a somewhat strange Easter up here in RI. All three of us are sick, so we didn't make it to church, but I couldn't resist dressing Anna up anyways. We had a little Easter egg hunt for her in the back yard and gave her a couple little presents including a princess wand. The wand has a button you press for the "barrriiinng" noise and, as expected, she's been pushing it non stop all day long. In other news, I didn't think about starting Easter dinner until 4:30 which was just plain dumb, so I think we're getting Chinese food tonight. We're determined to get our act together by next year. Church, ham, the whole bit.
